6Free range eggs
100gSmoked ham
50gShredded cheeseLike cheddar or gruyere
25gbutter
Instructions
Heat oven to 220C (200C fan). Take a casserole dish and use the butter to grease the inside.
Layer the ham, then sprinkle half the cheese over top. Create a couple of spots to nessle in the eggs, and crack the eggs into those spots. Top with the remaining cheese. Place this in the oven for 8-10 min - you want the whites to be set and the yolk to be a bit runny. Serve immediately.
