Ingredients
2cupsCilantroStems included.
1cupMint
1Green chili pepperChopped into chunks. (leave the seeds out if you don’t want it too spicy)
2ShallotsPeeled and chopped
2tablespoonLime juice
4tablespoonWater
1tablespoonOliver oil
1/2teaspoonSea salt
Instructions
Use an immersion blender to blitz ingredients except for the water. Slowly add the water tablespoon by tablespoon, until you get a good consistency. If too dry, add some more water. Use right away or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
