Prosciutto, Parmesan, and Apple Ale appetizer pizza
If your pressed for time, or just want a delicious starter, than this Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple ale appetizer pizza is a winner.

Package of pizza dough

Prosciutto slices

Fresh mozzarella

Harvest and Wild Apple Ale Chutney
Fresh parmesan for grating
Arugula for garnish
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450F.
Lightly oil a baking sheet, or pizza sheet, and stretch out pizza dough.
Top with
Apple Ale Chutney
as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto.
Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden.
Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve.
