Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple Ale appetizer pizza

A simple, but delicious, appetizer. This Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple ale appetizer pizza, is a quick and impressive dish for a gathering.

If your pressed for time, or just want a delicious starter, than this Prosciutto Parmesan and If your pressed for time, or just want a delicious starter, than this Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple ale appetizer pizza is a winner. It combines delicious sweet chutney, chewy pizza dough, and salty cheese and prosciutto. You can put it together in 5 minutes, and ready for the table in less than 20 minutes. 

Ingredients

  • Package of pizza dough
  • 8-10 slices of Prosciutto
  • ½ ball fresh mozzarella
  • 125ml jar of Harvest and Wild Apple Ale Chutney
  • Fresh parmesan for grating
  • Arugula for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450f
  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet and stretch out pizza dough
  3. Top with Apple Ale Chutney as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto
  4. Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden
  5. Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve

  • 1/2 ball Fresh mozzarella

  • Arugula for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450F.
  • Lightly oil a baking sheet, or pizza sheet, and stretch out pizza dough.
  • Top with Apple Ale Chutney as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto.
  • Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden.
  • Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve.

    I’m a huge fan of sweet and salty combinations, so this pizza is right up my alley. It looks epic and so inviting! Living the sound of that Apple ale Chutney, will need to check if out.
