A simple, but delicious, appetizer. This Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple ale appetizer pizza, is a quick and impressive dish for a gathering.

It combines delicious sweet chutney, chewy pizza dough, and salty cheese and prosciutto. You can put it together in 5 minutes, and ready for the table in less than 20 minutes. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450f
  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet and stretch out pizza dough
  3. Top with Apple Ale Chutney as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto
  4. Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden
  5. Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve

  • 1 Package of pizza dough
  • 8-10 Prosciutto slices
  • 1/2 ball Fresh mozzarella
  • 125 ml Harvest and Wild Apple Ale Chutney
  • Fresh parmesan for grating
  • Arugula for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450F.
  • Lightly oil a baking sheet, or pizza sheet, and stretch out pizza dough.
  • Top with Apple Ale Chutney as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto.
  • Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden.
  • Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve.
